Fun and Free Workout Classes for Klang Valley People

KL Wellness City’s yoga activities have received a great response from the community of Bukit Jalil, Petaling Jaya and nearby areas.

Each yoga session attracted an average of 20 participants, with the latest session on sleep yoga and sound therapy attracting over 35 enthusiasts.

The sessions were part of KL Wellness City’s initiatives as a leading healthcare and wellness destination to improve the community’s work-life balance.

For July, KL Wellness City is preparing Zumba, Tabata HIIT, aerodance and K-pop workouts.

The free classes will take place on July 4 and 12 from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. in his gallery in Bukit Jalil, in front of the Bukit Jalil Pavilion.

Brand Executive Director (Sales & Marketing), Datuk Seri, Dr. Vincent Tiew said, “We are focused on improving the physical, mental and social well-being of the community through our workouts that combine many exciting genres.”

Beginners shouldn’t hesitate to join Zumba, aerodance, and K-pop classes designed for beginners.

Zumba is a form of aerobic exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms that involves easy-to-learn basic movements.

Meanwhile, aerodance and K-pop combine dance moves and fitness.

These are two fun ways to burn calories and stay in shape.

Participants can test their coordination, have fun and do cardio at the same time.

KL Wellness City General Manager, Datuk, Dr. Colin Lee was pleased with the good response from the public and staff.

“Wellness programs boost morale and productivity.

“Therefore, it is important for our staff to have regular physical activities,” Lee said.
