Oklahoma State Fair to offer registration assistance and free eye exams | New

OKLAHOMA CITY – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma’s Mobile Assistance Center will have a booth at the 2022 Oklahoma State Fair, offering personalized health insurance enrollment assistance, customer service and health reviews. free diabetic retina to eligible BCBSOK members.

Oklahomans whose family income is between 138% and 150% of the federal poverty level or who have experienced a qualifying life event in the past 60 days may be eligible to enroll in care coverage healthcare via a special registration period. BCBSOK Registration Specialists will be available daily during the show to answer registration questions and verify eligibility for financial assistance. Citizens of a federally recognized tribe may register year-round.

Free diabetic retina exams will be offered to eligible BCBSOK members on a first-come, first-served basis at BCBSOK booth #B-2437, Bennett Event Center from 2-6 p.m. daily. Members who pass an exam will be entered into a draw to win one of several $50 Visa gift cards.

To qualify for a free diabetic retina exam, eligible members must meet the qualification of being a current BCBSOK member who has been diagnosed with diabetes.
